Waterview Resort Caloundra, Caloundra

Our stay at the resort was quite mixed. On one hand, the location was simply gorgeous with stunning views from the balcony, and the cleanliness of the unit was commendable. On the other hand, the management left a lot to be desired, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere during our visit. Furthermore, although the unit was charming, it was showing its age and could use some updates.

I returned to The Waterview Resort, and it truly felt like home again. The managers have worked hard to enhance the beauty of the place, with lovely fresh paint and the gardens looking splendid. However, my recent experience highlights some concerns, especially around the service, which significantly impacted my stay. While the views from the balconies remain incredible, a lack of attention to cleanliness and some unprofessional behavior were disappointing.

Overall, the value for money is good, especially if you choose a penthouse unit with its stunning views.
